Privacy Policy

CreaThink Tools ("we", "us") provides browser-based utilities at creathinktools.com. This page explains what happens to your data when you use them — in plain language, matching what the product actually does.

Using the free tools

Compress Image, Social Resizer and the QR Generator run entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. When you drop in a file, it is processed on your device and never uploaded to our servers — we have no way to see it, store it, or lose it. Generating a QR code works the same way: the content you type is encoded locally and never leaves your browser unless you choose to share the result yourself.

Using the free tools does not require an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or files to let you use them.

Creating a Pro account

Signing in uses a magic link instead of a password: you enter your email, we send a one-time link, and clicking it signs you in. We store your email address and account creation date. We do not store a password, because there isn't one.

Your signed-in session is kept in a single cookie containing your email and an expiration time, cryptographically signed so it can't be forged or read by anyone else. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Payments

Pro and Founder Lifetime payments are handled entirely by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle shares back the plan you purchased, its status (active, canceled, etc.), and renewal date, which we store linked to your email so your account reflects the right plan.

Email delivery

Sign-in emails are sent through Resend, our email provider. They process your email address and the email content solely to deliver that message.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't upload files from the free tools to any server.
• We don't require an account to use the free tools.
• We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your account and associated email/subscription data at any time by contacting hello@creathinktools.com. Since the free tools never receive your files in the first place, there is nothing to delete on that side.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we'll update this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
