Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CreaThink Tools at creathinktools.com ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.

CreaThink Tools is operated from the Dominican Republic.

The Service

CreaThink Tools provides browser-based utilities — currently image compression, a social media image resizer, and a QR code generator. Free tools process files locally in your browser and don't require an account. Pro removes batch limits and adds convenience features described on the pricing page.

Plans and billing

Free is $0 with no account required, limited to 10 images per batch. Pro is a monthly subscription billed by our payment processor, Paddle.com, which acts as merchant of record for all purchases — Paddle handles your payment details, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT where applicable. Founder Lifetime is a one-time payment for lifetime access to Pro features, offered for a limited number of early customers.

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work, which follows Paddle's buyer terms.

Your account

Pro accounts sign in with a magic link sent to your email — there is no password to protect, so keeping your email account secure is what keeps your CreaThink Tools account secure. You're responsible for activity that happens through a sign-in link sent to your own inbox.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to process, generate, or distribute illegal content, malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights — including QR codes that point to phishing, malicious, or fraudulent destinations. We can suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Because free-tool processing happens in your own browser, output quality can vary with your device and browser.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreaThink Tools is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you're on the Free plan.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
